Edwise Mantra is an admission counselling service that helps students and working professionals choose and enrol in online degree programs offered by universities in India. Our registered office is at Office No. 311, Platinum 9 Shopping Mall, Pashan–Sus Road, Baner, Pune – 411045, Maharashtra.

We are not a university and do not award degrees. Admissions, fees and academic decisions are made by the respective universities.

02Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to guide you and process your enquiry:

• Details you provide: name, mobile number, email address, city, highest qualification, work experience, program and university of interest, preferred call time and any message you send us.
• Admission documents: if you choose to proceed with an application, documents such as mark sheets, ID proof and photographs that the university requires.
• Technical information: the page you came from, campaign tags (UTM parameters), device and browser type, and usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools.

03How we use your information

• To call, message or email you about your enquiry and provide free counselling.
• To recommend suitable universities and programs based on your eligibility and goals.
• To assist with your application and admission when you ask us to.
• To share updates on admissions, deadlines and programs relevant to you.
• To measure and improve our website, services and advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

04Consent to contact you

When you submit a form on our website, you consent to Edwise Mantra contacting you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp and email about your enquiry. To the extent permitted by law, this consent applies even if your number is registered on the NCPR (DND) list. You can withdraw this consent at any time by replying "STOP" or writing to us at the email below, and we will stop further communication.

05Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed:

• Partner universities: to process your application or admission, only for the programs you choose to pursue.
• Service providers: trusted vendors who help us run our services, such as form processing, email, hosting, CRM and analytics, under confidentiality obligations.
• Advertising platforms: limited technical data (for example via Meta or Google tags) to measure and improve our ads.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order or a government authority.

06Cookies & tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand how visitors use the site and measure advertising performance. 10Children's privacy

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please submit your details only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor without such consent, we will delete it.

Our website may link to university and other third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
